Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will do our best to make things right. If you wish to return a product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage within seven (7) days of receipt .

Faulty goods
We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or damaged. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

Other returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund any undamaged product  purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and in the original undamaged packaging with proof of purchase within Seven (7) days of receipt.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund the following:-

  • Beards, moustaches and facial hair
  • Cosmetics
  • Eyelashes
  • Prosthetics
  • Socks, stockings and pantihose
  • Teeth and fangs
  • Underwear
  • Wigs and hair accessories

Please note: All returned items will be examined for signs of wear.

Packaging
Please do not attach labels directly to the packaging when returning items. If the packaging is marked or damaged, we may not be able to re-sell the product and therefore we cannot give a full refund.

Packing & Postage costs
Return of undamaged goods for exchange or refund is entirely at your cost and risk and we will not accept liability for any items lost or damaged in transit. We do not refund any packing and postage charges.
Once you have notified us through our website that you wish to return a  product, you may return the product to our store in Launceston, Tasmania, either by post or in person so long as you provide valid proof of purchase eg. tax invoice, receipt and/or packaging slip.
